SERVICE PACKAGES
Hey there! Is your bike in need of some love and attention? We've got just the thing to make it feel like new again! Our tune-up packages are the perfect solution, providing powerful braking, smooth shifting, and that brand-new shine you love. We suggest scheduling service every six months or 100 hours ridden, whichever comes first. When you visit us, we always start with a no-obligation Free Bike Check, where we'll evaluate your bike and discuss the necessary repairs with you. Our team will take the time to carefully explain everything, respecting your choices and budget.
Our service department is open every day, and while appointments are encouraged, we also welcome walk-ins. Let us help you get your bike back on the road in tip-top shape!

In 2013 we launched our centralized service center in response to the growing sophistication of bike technologies and their needed maintenance and repairs. Our techs are no longer just mechanics. They are technicians dealing with electronics and compatibility of materials and components. It requires lots of training, schooling, and certifications to work on today's bicycle.
Our seasoned and certified bicycle service team members have over 65 years of combined experience. We brought them all together in a central facility allowing us to train and stay current on all new developments in the ever changing bike industry.
The best part is we can ensure the highest level of quality work with a three level quality check process. Everything is checked and checked again to make sure we do it right the first time. We also have our "LOVE IT" guarantee which means we’ve got your back. We will always make it right whatever it takes
*Due to the nature of e-bike software and proprietary parts we currently only service e-bike brands that we sell: Aventon and Hurley as well as the e-bikes manufactured by our partners at Giant, Santa Cruz, Liv and Niner.
